BUSINESS GOAL
Strengthen internal culture and team identity while subtly reinforcing a brand narrative through high-quality, highly wearable swag that sparks organic conversations beyond the company walls.
DESIGN / EXPERIENCE GOAL
Create a t-shirt that visually captures a company's mission and product ethos—while standing on its own as a piece of design-forward apparel. The shirt should be something employees genuinely want to wear, inside and outside the office, and compelling enough that someone on the street might say: “Hey, that’s a cool shirt.”

The Rose Rocket 'Band Tee'
Design a vintage-inspired, band-style t-shirt that proudly features Rose Rocket, the brand iconmark, and the current year, blending company pride with the aesthetic of a tour shirt or classic rock merch.
Personal anecdote & success metric: I saw have seen two co-workers wearing this shirt out at a concert

Cartage Street Style Shirt
