Redesigned the mobile app to support the capabilities and flexibility of Rose Rocket’s web platform without compromising the experience for the core user (the driver)

Led a continuous UX improvement initiative for the core platform, using user research and analytics to identify and resolve key UX gaps on a weekly basis

Designed and ran three no-code experiments (Module Marketplace, Board Templates, and an Onboarding Module) to validate the viability of a product-led growth (PLG) self-serve model.

Protekt is a privacy assistant IOS app to encourage young adults simply and conveniently adopt safer online habits.
